Ms. Stephanie Zhao

Associate Director of Sustainability, Sands China Ltd.

Ms. Stephanie Zhao has been working in sustainability for over 12 years. Throughout her career, she worked on a variety of projects, including improving lighting performance projects and waste management systems. She has led the team to achieve the Macao Green Hotel Award, especially the Macao Green Hotel Platinum Award for Venetian, and she is in charge of the Sands ECO360 ambassador program. Additionally, she is leading the initiative to minimize single-use plastic, such as implementing a one bin office campaign. Currently, as the leader of Sands China's sustainability team, she is responsible for setting the vision and strategy for sustainability initiatives and overseeing their implementation, in a bid to make a positive impact on the environment and society.
