Mr. Liu Liming is a Level IV Consultant of the Research Division, General Office of the Ministry of Ecology and Environment of the People’s Republic of China. He served as the Deputy Director of the General Office (Party Committee Office) and Evaluation Department of the Research Center for Xi Jinping Thought Ecological Civilization, Policy Research Center for Environment and Ecology. He has long been engaged in the drafting of important documents, the research on ecological civilisation theory and the environment and economy policy. He has participated in the compilation of many key theory-related books, such as an outline for the study of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era and an outline for the study of Xi Jinping Thought on Ecological Civilization.
