Mr. Ling Jiang

Supervisory Commissioner of the General Affairs Department, Ministry of Ecology and Environment of the People’s Republic of China

Mr. Ling Jiang currently served as the Supervisory Commissioner of the General Affairs Department, Ministry of Ecology and Environment (MEE) of China. Mr. Ling has over thirty years’ experience at the national ecological and environmental protection public sectors, including the Policy Research Office, the Pollution Prevention and Control Department, the Appraisal Center for Environment and Engineering, who was also the founder of the Solid Waste and Chemicals Management Center. Additionally, Mr. Ling has been dedicated to the ecological and environmental protection strategic research as well as the comprehensive management. He organised and drafted a number of ecological and environmental protection plans, public policies, and the assessments of the battle against pollution.
