Mr. Li Huiquan

Professor of the Institute of Process Engineering, Chinese Academy of Sciences

Mr. Li Huiquan has been a professor at the Institute of Process Engineering (IPE), Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS) since 2008, and a post professor at the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences. He is currently the Director of the National Engineering Research Center of Green Recycling for Strategic Metal Resources, and serves as the leader of the overall expert group for the National Key Research and Development Plan for "Solid Waste Recycling" and "Key Technologies and Equipment for Circular Economy", as well as the Chairman of the Solid Waste Recycling Professional Committee of the Nonferrous Metals Society of China. His research interests focus on green recycling and low-carbon processes of strategic mineral resources, which form a research direction with distinct characteristics from foundation to application and engineering. He has received multiple national, provincial, ministerial, and associations science and technology awards.
