Session Introduction:

Assembling some of the most influential academicians from the Chinese Academy of Engineering and top academics from the School of Environment of the Tsinghua University, the section summarizes and reviews researches and achievements in the past two decades in the fields of atmosphere, water, solid waste and soils. Latest information of development goals of the international green cities, introduction of opportunities and challenges of environmental protection, as well as strategies for building a green and eco-city in Macao will also be provided.
