Prof. Liu Wenqing, Academician of Chinese Academy of Engineering. Academic committee director of Hefei Institutes of Physical Science, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Chief scientist of Anhui Institute of Optics and Fine Mechanics, Chinese Academy of Sciences. Director of National engineering technology research center for environmental optics monitoring instruments. Director of National engineering laboratory of advanced technology and equipment for atmospheric pollution monitoring. Professor Liu is mainly engaged in the environmental monitoring technology and application research, developed a new method for environment optical monitoring, developed a series of equipment and realize industrialization. Prof. Liu has 80 invention patents and 200 articles. Prof. Liu won the second prize of National Scientific and Technological Progress Award in 2007, 2011 and 2015 respectively. These results also won 5 First prizes of provincial science and technology, Anhui Major Science and Technology Achievement Award in 2012 and the prize for scientific and technological progress of Ho Leung Ho Lee foundation in 2016.
