Mr. Ye Hao, Senior Engineer. He obtained his doctorate in material science and engineering. He served as assistant engineer in Huangmailing Phosphate Chemical company; lecturer of Hubei Engineering University ; Deputy director of the personnel department of the China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation, Director of the Education and Training Office; He is currently the Director of Chemical Talents Exchange and Employment Service Center and Director of Education and Training Department of China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation. He has deep research and rich experience in the field of human resource management, education and training.
