Abstract：

Since the eighteenth Congress, the Central Committee and the State Council attach great importance to the development of energy saving and environmental protection industry, and regard energy saving and environmental protection industry as one of the strategic emerging industries. In order to accelerate the development of energy conservation and environmental protection industry in Jiangxi province and promote the transformation and upgrading of industrial structure, through the analysis of the status quo of the environmental protection industry in Jiangxi, the provincial Party committee and the provincial government have promoted the relevant support policies in succession. With the development of recent years, the industrial clusters with local technology leading and local characteristics in Jiangxi have been formed in the aspects of comprehensive renovation of the rural environment, garbage disposal, solid waste treatment and soil remediation. In order to perfects our country’s ecological civilization system, and accumulates more “Jiangxi experience”.
