The Macau Association of Banks (“ABM”) is a professional association representing the banking industry and was registered officially on 20th December, 1985. ABM has been contributing in accordance with its aim, strengthen the stability and prosperity of Macau, improve the operation of the financial market, support the Government in establishing relevant financial regulations, increase the cooperation and protect the legal interests of members banks, and commits to strive the upmost towards discharge of its responsibility in future.
ABM encourages members to carry out energy-saving and environmental protection as well as has joined the energy-saving and environmental protection activities which were promoted by Macau SAR Government, in order to improve the environmental quality of Macau. |
