Mr. Zheng is a senior engineer. Graduated from Beijing University, Faculty of Chemical Technology, He has worked for many years in the development and market research of engineering plastics, having made an in-depth analysis of the situation of application and development of engineering plastics at home and abroad.

Former Head of the Department of Technology Research and Department of Operations of Beijing Chemical Industry Research Institute, Manager of Plastic Materials Department of GE Electric´s Beijing Service Centre, Head of the Business Department of Beijing Pan Wei Plastics Co., Ltd. Currently, Deputy Director of China 

National General Engineering (Plastics Engineering) Technology Research Center;   President and Secretary-General of China Synthetic Resin Supply and Sales Association. Mr. Zheng is also a visiting professor of many universities and a member of the editorial board of “Engineering Plastics Association”, Plastic Industry”, “New Chemical Materials”, “Plastic Additives”, and “China Plastics Yearbook”.
