Abstract

In 2017, the overall environmental quality in our province was good and Guangdong Environmental Protection Industry (GDEPI) is the technical support. Its average annual growth rate of income was 38.79% in 2014-2016. Under the guidance of the Party’s 19th National Congress and President Xi, our province will promote the development of the GDEPI in six major areas. First, raise our standards and enforce the law to create a market. Second, improve innovation and the core competitiveness of the GDEPI. Third, promote the use of advanced technology and stimulate market vitality. Fourth, strengthen market supervision and standardize the market order. Fifth, introduce social capital and open GDEPI markets. Sixth, strengthen exchanges and cooperation to help the development of the industry.

It is estimated that the GDEPI market in our province will reach 1 trillion in the next five years, and Guangdong will continue to support the development of the GDEPI.
