Mr. Li Kemei, Han, member of Communist Party of China, born in February of 1954, native to Yunnan. Served in the army from December of 1972 to July of 1994. From August of 1994 to March of 2014, he worked in the Environmental Protection Department of Yunnan Province. In December of 2014, he was the Secretary General of the Environmental Protection Industry Association of Yunnan province.
