Born on January 27, 1978, Mr. He Hanbing graduated from Middlesex University, UK, with a Master’s Degree in Computer and Network Security. He has worked in the IT industry since 2001, with 2 years’ experience in IT network security management in a British company and five years’ experience working as an IT project manager in a listed company based in Zhuhai city, Guangdong province, throughout which he was dedicated to the research of the Internet of Things and big data. Later, he joined Newland, responsible for developing projects related to the Internet of Things and big data in IT fields. In 2017, he was designated as General Manager of the IT Division of Macao Newland Tech Co., Ltd., where he engages in the research and management of business models of the Internet of Things and big data in Macao.
