2016MIECF Hosted Buyer Program (Registration is Closed )

USD50 / MOP400 / HKD400 / RMB300 for one hotel room night or one set of return ferry tickets to Macao
or
USD100 / MOP800 / HKD800 / RMB600 for two hotel room nights
 

Target
Group

International buyers and investors from relevant industry sectors with an aim to look for business opportunities during MIECF

(P.S.: International = Stationed outside Macao; Buyer = Decision maker or person in charge who decides or influences purchasing
decisions on environmental products/ services within the organisation)

Incentive
Scheme

Qualified applicants are entitled to choose one of the following options:

Option 1: For buyers who arrives Macao by flight or outside Guangdong Province, maximum of 2 nights accommodation at official hotel
will be offered (Limited to 31st March only); for buyers who arrives Macao by ferries or short haul trains, 1 night accommodation at
official hotel will be offered (Limited to 31st March or 1st April 2016 only);

Option 2: Each buyer is entitled to one set of round trip economy class jetfoil ticket between Hong Kong / Shenzhen and Macao (arrival
date is limited to 1st April 2016 only and departure date is limited to 1st April or 2nd April 2016)

Application
methods

a. Exhibitors and selected organisations/associations are entitled to nominate a maximum of Ten (10) hosted buyers each.

b. Individual applicant can apply through the MIECF website; the organiser will confirm the eligibility of the applicants afterwards.

Allocation
methods

 1. Application will be reviewed based on the application quota;

2. Eligible applicants are requested to pay the required deposit directly to 2016MIECF official travel agency.

Upon arrival to the event venue, applicants must go to the Hosted Buyer Service Counter in person at the exhibition venue for registration and collection of
redemption document from 31st March to 1st April 2016. Refund of the paid fee can only be made by completing the required
tasks with redemption documents indicating completion of the assigned tasks.

＊ In order to improve the quality and arrangement of Hosted Buyer Program, staff will be interviewing selected hosted buyers randomly. Souvenir will be presented as appreciation after completion.

Terms &
Conditions

Hosted Buyers have to complete the following tasks and present the supporting documents at Hosted Buyer Service Counter in order to
register for refund.

Tasks to be completed by Hosted Buyers:
a. To take part in at least 3 business matching sessions prearranged
by Macao Trade & Investment Promotion Institute OR
b. To take part in at least 1 business matching session prearranged
by Macao Trade & Investment Promotion Institute AND to join a
networking event/ forum organized by MIECF, such as the Green Business Cooperation
Day to be held on 31st March 2016, or the Green Forum to be held on 1st April 2016.

Remarks

 1. MIECF reserves the right to reject any application without providing any explanations.

2. Applicants entitled to this incentive package shall not be eligible to other incentive offer.

3. MIECF reserves the right to terminate the program without prior notice; MIECF reserves the right to make the final judgment on all the terms and arrangement.

4. All extra fees and bank charges incurred during the whole process, if any, shall be borne by the applicants; MIECF shall not be held responsible for any such fees.
