Zhang Yingjian,Deputy Director of the Beijing Municipal Ecological Environment Bureau (Mainland China) Topic: A New Era of Ecological Civilization and a New Beijing with Clear Waters and Green Riverbanks Mr. Zhang Yingjian, Bachelor of Engineering and Senior Engineer, currently serves as Deputy Director of the Beijing Municipal Ecological Environment Bureau, in charge of supervision and law enforcement regarding the water ecological environment, as well as contingency management, on-site disposal and public complaint affairs. Deputy Director Zhang has also been put in charge of the protection of the city’s water sources.
