In 2018, the responsibility for marine environmental protection, which links up the land and sea, was integrated into the Ministry of Ecology and Environment of the People’s Republic of China. In the future, the Ministry of Ecology and Environment will take President Xi’s thought of ecological civilization as the guide; will put the improvement of marine ecology and environment quality as the core to comprehensively promote the protection of marine ecology and environment. |
