Professor of the PhD program; Director of full-time engineering master program on environmental engineering, Tsinghua University; Deputy Director of the State Environmental Protection Key Laboratory of Microorganism Application and Risk Control (MARC); Director of the Guangdong Provincial Engineering Technology Research Center for Urban Water Cycle and Water Environment Safety; Member of the Decision Advisory Committee of Shenzhen; Adjunct Professor of Queensland University of Technology, Australia; Adjunct Professor of Kyoto University, Japan. Professor Guan’s research area is the water and environmental safety, including comprehensive control technology and practice on water environment (water quality improvement), non-point source pollution control (Sponge City construction), soil remediation, micropollutants and ecotoxicology. |
