Mr. Li Ming

Mr. Li Ming, Deputy Director of Guangzhou Water Affairs Bureau

Topic: An Introduction to the Experiences in Urban black and stinky water  Treatment in Guangzhou City

Mr. Li Ming obtained a Ph.D. in Management Science and Engineering from Central South University.

From 1992 to 2005, Mr. Li’s field of work was mainly the municipal road construction management.

From 2006 to 2016, Mr.Li was in charge of municipal water quality monitoring, water resources management, water affairs planning and preliminary approval.

Since 2016, Mr. Li serves as deputy director of the Guangzhou Water Affairs Bureau, and is mainly responsible of the urban black and stinky  water treatment, water affairs information management and water affairs planning.
