Speaker Bio:

Mr. Wang Zhen was born in February 1966. He holds an undergraduate degree and the title of Senior Engineer.

Mr. Wang was graduated from Jiangsu University of Science and Technology, major in Thermal Energy and Power Equipment. He worked as Deputy Director of the 708th Research Institute of China State Shipbuilding Corporation Limited (CSSC); Head of Working Department of Revitalizing the City through Science and Education of Shanghai Municipal Committee of the CPC for Scientific and Education, Standing Vice Chairman of Shanghai Science and Technology Union, etc.

He now serves as Director of the Administration Center of Green Technology Banking of Shanghai Center for Science and Technology Exchange, currently mainly responsible for the construction and promotion of Green Technology Bank.
