Mr. Wen Xuefeng is the Deputy Director General of the Department of Solid Wastes and Chemicals of the Ministry of Ecology and Environment. He worked as a research fellow of the Solid Waste Management Center of the former State Environmental Protection Administration, Deputy Director of the Science & Technology Division of Sino-Japan Friendship Center of Environmental Protection, Director of the General Affairs Division and research fellow of the Solid Wastes and Chemicals Management Center, former Ministry of Environmental Protection, Director of the Chemicals Management Division, Department of Soil Ecology and Environment, Ministry of Ecology and Environment, Director of the Solid Waste Division, Department of Solid Wastes and Chemicals, Ministry of Ecology and Environment. He has engaged in research on solid waste recycling technologies and management policies for more than 20 years.
