Topic: Key Points of Ecological Environmental Protection in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area During the 14th Five-Year Plan Period

Ms. Wang Qian is the Deputy Director of the Division of Planning and Zoning, Department of General Affairs of the Ministry of Ecology and Environment (head of the Division of Planning and Zoning). She mainly engaged in ecological and environmental protection plans management, plan research, preparation and implementation, and research on modern environmental governance system. At present, she is in charge of organising the implementation of the National 14th Five-Year Plan for the Protection of Ecological Environment and the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Ecological and Environment Protection Plan.

As a core member of the technical team, she has organised and participated in the whole process of research, preparation, publicity, training and implementation of the National 12th Five-Year Plan for Environmental Protection as well as the National 13th Five-Year Plan for the Protection of Ecological Environment. She participated in drafting the Opinions of the Central Committee of the CPC and the State Council on Deepening the Battle of Pollution Prevention and Control, assessment of the Campaign for Pollution Prevention and Control, etc.
