Topic: Discussion on Low Carbon Development of Macau Power System

Mr. Liu Xiaoju obtained a Master degree in Tsinghua University, he is currently the Director of CEM Power and Networks Dispatch Department and Information Systems Department. The main research directions include power system planning, power system automation, power system dispatch, electricity market, smart grid, information system and digital transformation. In recent years actively participated in the research on low-carbon development of the power system, clean energy, carbon peaking and carbon neutrality, and strived to promote the green and low-carbon development of the power system. Mr. Liu has more than 30 years of work experience in power system, with experiences in power system design, operation and large-scale project management. Currently a member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) and served as the chairman of the IEEE Macau Section in 2018-2019.
