Introduction:	Eco Link Building Materials Ltd. (ELBM) is a local company based in Hong Kong with her businesses covering the regions of HK, Macau and China. Its business focuses on green building materials and environmental solutions.    ELBM was a channel partner of 3M Commercial HVAC filter and successfully deployed the filters at some landmark buildings in Hong Kong. Having gained the insights and experience in design, applications and uses of air filters in commercial premises, ELBM ascertains that there is a huge potential in air filter market and ever increasing public concerns on Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) and energy saving.   In 2016, ELBM started its journey on research and development of a multi-functional air filter by Nano-technology. ELBM received the ‘Innovation and Technology Fund’ from The Hong Kong SAR Government and joined in the Incubation Program of Hong Kong Science and Technology Park. It aimed to develop a filter media that helps improve the IAQ and save energy at the same time. The filter media has competitive advantages on filter efficiency (PM2.5 and below), low pressure drop, ability to treat Volatile Organic Compound (VOC), formaldehyde and kill bacteria.
